Village of Cross Keys seeks ‘marketplace’ liquor license to help attract new restaurant tenants

Visitors to the Village of Cross Keys might soon be able to drink cocktails and other alcoholic beverages in the village’s courtyard and outdoor terrace areas if a new liquor license proposal being considered by state lawmakers is successful.The measure would create a “marketplace license” for the north Baltimore community next to Roland Park.
